Newly renovated and in a private setting so close to it all! This unique Vermont barn-turned-home has been beautifully thought out and offers a warm welcome from the moment you enter. Rustic and modern elements blend smoothly throughout, and careful thought has been put into comfortable spaces and furnishings. Natural elements such as warm wood flooring and hand-hewn beams are found throughout the home. The open floor plan features a bright white kitchen with subway tile backsplash and all new appliances. An adjacent dining area features built in banquette seating and sliding door access to the deck. The raised wood stove providing warmth and ambiance is the focal point of the sitting area, while the TV and a plush and cozy couch beg for movie night in the living area. A queen-bedded guest room is tucked privately down a short hall to one end of the home with a separate full bath, while the primary suite is located on the other. This room has direct access to the deck, a king-sized bed with gingham headboard and crisp linens, and a full bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Additional space to enjoy at Maple Fox includes a loft area with three twin beds and a bonus bunk room on the main level. Outside the large deck with outdoor seating and charcoal grill is a great place to enjoy the property in a private setting, while a new hot tub provides the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring. Centrally located between the towns of Stowe and Morrisville, you have double the choice—myriad breweries and distilleries, Ryder Brook Golf Course, Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, oh-so-many restaurants, and cafes, and of course shops, ski mountains, hiking trails, and swimming holes!
