The main floor has a large living room with smart TV, a large galley walk through kitchen with in-room dining, an adjacent dining room, small bedroom off of the dining room, two sunrooms, pantry, large entrance with 1/2 bath and laundry room. The basement has a large open concept den with a wet bar and fridge, full bath and utility room. There is another smart TV in the basement. Guest access Guests will access the property by 4 digit access code of their choice. The same code will be programmed to a security system which guests are welcome, but not required, to use. Other things to note The garage is not part of the rental. It is locked with a security system, including cameras in place.
