The space Explore our small farm situated on our serene 2-acre property and meet our adorable animals—goats, pigs, chickens, and ducks are all waiting to greet you! You can unwind in nature while having direct access to Harriman State Park’s stunning trails right from our driveway. This spacious and comfortable room offers: • Private Entrance via the back porch stairs • Queen Bed with fresh linens and pillows • Private Bathroom for your exclusive use • Efficiency Unit with mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave for convenient snacks and light meals • A loveseat sleeper sofa – perfect for an adult guest or two small children Guest have access to a spacious shared deck that overlooks the property. The deck is shared with us—the owners—so you might catch us or our kids and dog Honey out there from time to time. We’re happy to share the space and always keep it welcoming for our guests to enjoy. We do place a partition so that guests will have their own section of the deck, which we try to keep set aside just for you to relax in privacy. The space is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. We do share the grill, Blackstone, and Ooni pizza oven, so guests are welcome to use them during their stay. It’s a nice setup for families or friends who want to cook and hang out outdoors while still having their own corner of the deck to enjoy. In addition, there’s a beautiful patio with a shared fire pit and wooden rocking chairs, fully stocked with firewood. It’s the perfect place to gather, roast marshmallows, or just unwind under the stars—we truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We’re a family-friendly spot where you’ll feel right at home. Our family of five lives on site—my husband and I, our three children, and our sweet pup Honey. We love welcoming guests and are happy to share our beautiful property with travelers who appreciate a warm, family atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting for work, a quick getaway, or a longer stay, you’ll enjoy both privacy and the comfort of knowing we’re nearby if you need anything. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Guests will have their own private entrance at the back of the home. Keyless entry. Simply head up the deck stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find your private suite. From there, you’ll have full access to your room, private bathroom, and outdoor sitting area with grill—everything set up just for you. The fire pit is shared for all to use. Other things to note Temperature & Comfort The heating and air conditioning are controlled from the main part of the house. There is a fireplace heater in your room so that you may make the room warmer if you so please. The “fireplace” can also be turned on without using the heat option. The guest room also has a fan for extra airflow, and we’re glad to provide additional blankets if you’d like things extra cozy. Kitchenette & Efficiency Note Please note this is not a full kitchen. The room is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, paper cups, and lids. Salt and pepper are available on the table for guests. Plates and silverware are not stocked in the room, but we’re happy to provide them upon request—just let us know! Loveseat Sleeper Sofa Note Please note the sleeper sofa in the suite is a loveseat-size pullout, not a full-size sofa bed. It is best suited for one adult or two small children and may feel tight for two adults. We want guests to be fully comfortable, so we recommend reviewing the dimensions are 20.5"D x 50.4"W x 30.3"H Pets are welcome! There is a $25 fee per dog during your stay. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to ask about kid items. We have kids ourselves and have pack n’ plays, high chairs, bouncers, etc available if needed.
