The space Note: There is a separate unit on the lot designed for mutual independence and privacy, and occupied by host about half the month. You will not see or hear much from them at all, and vice versa. There is a tasteful privacy fence and row of hedges separating it from the house, and it’s a fair distance away. Full suite of Amenities: -two full bathrooms with separate showers -nice, modern hot tub that can fit up to 7. -a quaintly-sized beautiful, modern kitchen with gas stove. Dishwasher. Large sink. Large Fridge. Plenty of pantry space. Basic kitchen supplies provided. - sizable deck off kitchen with outdoor dining table for 6-8 people, possibly more. -Full-size washer-dryer + laundry area available -Barbecue Area. Grill+ large Paella pan -Peloton available -100 Inch Projector with sound system available. Ping me to help set up. -Kayaks, surfboards, and Paddleboard available for low-cost rent. The Bay + Crown Point Shores is just around the corner. - Front garden, secondary back deck off of second bedroom, and hammock offer more areas to relax - sizable dog and kid-friendly grassy area in the back Guest access Guests can access everything except the small unit in the back corner of the lot and the storage sheds on the lot Other things to note I have been a prolific Couchsurfing host and traveler over the years (I call it “airbnb for hippies”;)— there, Ive enjoyed getting to share and explore with travelers and locals.
