With our convenient location, you can easily walk to all the best bars and hangouts in the neighborhood. Other things to note We are in the center of the city of San Juan, that means, we are in the middle of all kinds of activities. All business around La Placita close no later than 2:00 a.m. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM (Any Early Check-in request between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM will incur an additional Early Check-in fee.) (For early morning check-in (flights arriving from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.), guests will need to make a reservation the night before to be able to check-in at that time. Otherwise, the check-in time will be as indicated above (Regular check-in 4PM) Maximum Occupancy: Specify the number of guests who were staying in the unit to avoid extra charges. Quiet Hours: The quiet hour is from 9PM to 7AM No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit, if you do so you will be fined $300. Parking: This unit does not have a parking lot, you can park in one that is approximately 2 minutes away for an additional cost of approximately $6. Pets: If you bring a pet, please include it in your reservation when you reserve so it can be accepted and avoid additional charges. Damage Items: Any damaged item example ( Towels, Linens, Hand Towel, Dispensers Etc. ) will be invoiced and reported through the platform for additional payment. Keys: Loss or replacement of keys will incur a charge of $100 or more for each key. Extra Notes: We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own. Pack n Play Travel Crib is available for pre-order and subject to availability. Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that you have a generator; Otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
