This comfortable bedroom condos feature and include: granite counter tops, custom window coverings, kitchen with microwave, stove , which is equipped with all your appliance needs including an adjacent laundry room with a washer and dryer with an area for storage. There are tile floors and ceiling fans throughout most of our condos. Each room has air conditioning. Condo is 1100 sq. ft. Cable TV and WiFi so you can be online from inside or out on the balcony. The living, dining and kitchen are opened for entertaining with seating. Just outside the main gates you’ll find schools, four shopping centers, two casinos and numerous restaurants and shopping. There is a $50.00 credit on electrical per month. Any overage will be a cost to you. Guest access There is a Gym for adult use, game room for renters staying longer than 1 month. There is a roof top pool and ground pool for your use as well. Other things to note Memberships are available for purchase at CORONADO LUXURY CLUB & SUITES for the monthly amount $ 650.00 per family and children under 25 years of age. This allows unlimited golf (cart excluded) also gives use of the restaurant, bar, large pool, spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts and gym. This location is at the entrance of the Club Gate off of Punta Prieta Blvd. Also included is a free shuttle that leaves from the Resort Hotel to Beach Resort, there you will find a pool, bar, restaurant, and beach loungers. A perfect place to take walk along the shore and soak yourself in the warm Pacific Ocean.
