The home features two fully-equipped kitchens—including a gourmet kitchen perfect for group meals and celebrations. Multiple living and dining areas provide ample room for connection or relaxation, while large decks offer panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains—ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Designed for both relaxation and fun, Sage Haven includes a dedicated kids' playroom, ping pong and air hockey tables, and cozy common areas for movie nights or game days. With tons of parking, you'll never have to worry about fitting the whole crew. The lush six-acre property offers open space to roam, play, or simply soak in the serenity. The setting is peaceful yet perfectly positioned—just minutes from world-class skiing and après-ski at Deer Valley, Park City, and Sundance, as well as Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, blue ribbon fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, snowmobiling, and UTV trails. ​​​​​​​ Whether you're toasting under the stars on the deck or unwinding in one of the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, Sage Haven is more than a vacation rental—it's a place where memories are made. IMPORTANT: The host must be notified and approve of any visitors / guests not part of this reservation. Any visitors / guests to the property that are not disclosed prior to arrival to the hosts will be considered a violation of the posted house rules and could be grounds for early termination of your reservation without refund. Bottom line - please get approval for the above, we are easy to work with but we will enforce these rules if they are violated. IMPORTANT: Sage Haven is a Multi Acre working farm. Please do not block access to the barn by blocking the driveway at any time. Please do not park within 30' of the barn. Staff that maintain the farm come and go during the day and need unblocked access to take care of the animals and the fields. Additionally, a trailer is parked near the barn where staff may stay overnight from time to time if needed. Please do not disturb any staff in the trailer or enter the trailer or the barn at any time as neither are part of your reservation. Please do not block access to the trailer so that it cannot be towed away. If you'd like to do a photo/video shoot (anything for marketing purposes) please contact us for more info, as this affects rates and scheduling. WiFi service is provided by Xfiniti at 500mbps Download speed. MODERN CONVENIENCES: A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located in on the main level in the laundry suite. A massive fully equipped chefs kitchen features a sub zero fridge, Professional Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for 24+ guests. The modest dining room table is perched in a beautiful punch-out with huge picture frame windows with panoramic views of the valley and Mount Timpanogos. The dining room table seats 8 and the large kitchen island has additional seating for another 4, plus additional outdoor seating. If you need portable tables for additional guests, it is likely we can accommodate with some advance notice. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on one of the large terraced decks, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: We are located in the foothills on the Eastern edge of Heber Valley close to the Uinta mountain entry portal. Deer Valley's new East Village is about 15 minutes away. Park City is 23 minutes away. Sundance is 30 minutes away. Heber City is a hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. INSECTS/ETC: Heber is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the a few locked off storage closets we keep supplies in. The property has a generous amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
