Tucked away in a Mature Tree Lined quiet Heber City family neighborhood, 84 Horizon is a clean comfortable and affordable alternative to staying in a local hotel. This 2 story home is full of fun essential amenities and clean comfortable furnishing that you will love. Located in the Wheeler Park area of South Heber, the home is a 3 min drive to Heber's charming downtown restaurants, shopping and historic buildings. With 5 beds, the home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa on the main level. The full bathroom is upstairs and the half bath is on the main level. The home has several massive trees that provide a ton of shade for the home and the private backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. 84 Horizon is truly a place to relax and unwind. Parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed for nightly rental guests in Heber City. . Need a great place for a Flexcation getaway where you can work, host Zoom meetings, etc while the family has plenty of media bandwidth, this is the place. We have a 500GB per Sec Internet Gateway that will keep all your devices humming along nicely. Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. Here are the rules. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee which is added to the nightly rate when you book. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds with the exception of a locked out area of the backyard without landscaping. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Upon booking Air BnB will send you a copy of our rental agreement which we will need signed prior to your arrival. You will be provided driving directions via the digital home guide emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival
