Room #2 in Central SD Near Freeways & Events

Welcome! Drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker We are Donna & Bob, a married couple. We have a nice clean room for you in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom one-story house in a friendly, walkable neighborhood named Tierrasanta. The house is centrally located with quick entry onto freeways 15, 52, 163, and is walking distance to pizza & sushi restaurants, a pub, and Vons grocery. The space THE BEDROOM This bedroom has a twin bed with a firm mattress. There is a desk and luggage rack in the room. The bedroom is on the smaller side (10’x9’) and has mirrored closet doors. The closet is 4’ wide. You would be using the hall bathroom which is shared. The bathroom has one sink and a tub/shower combination. Your hand towels will be to the right of the sink and are only for you. See bathroom photos for designation signs. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen (no oven but we do have a small toaster oven), and backyard. All eating and drinking is to be done in the dining room or back patio. Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom. Water is okay in the bedroom. During your stay If you need any assistance, talk to Bob or Donna. If we are not physically present, feel free to message us and or telephone either of us. our phone numbers are on the welcome sheet on the kitchen counter. Other things to note This is a walkable neighborhood. There is a hiking trail at the end of our street and 111 steps leading straight up to the schoolyard around the corner from the house where many locals exercise. HOUSE RULES Please follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. General Property Rules: 🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. 👟 Shoes-off house: Please remove your shoes upon entering. If you need to wear shoes indoors for medical reasons, please use the blue booties located on the front door shoe rack to cover your shoes. 🍽️ No eating or drinking in the carpeted bedrooms. Bottled water is the only exception. 🐾 No pets or animals are allowed on the property due to allergy concerns. 🔥 Do not use the fireplace. It is strictly for decorative purposes. 🧗 Do not climb or walk on the backyard slope. 🤫 Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🚗 Be a good neighbor: Please be courteous and mindful of your noise levels when entering and leaving the property at any hour. 🛑 No parties or events are permitted. 👥 Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Please ensure all members of your group are accurately registered on your reservation. 🆔 Valid ID may be requested for all guests upon arrival. GIANT Game and Board Game Care Rules: Please keep all food and drinks away from games. When finished playing, please return all game pieces to their respective cases/bins so the next family can enjoy a complete game! 🏓 Ping Pong & ⚽ Foosball: Please protect the table surfaces. Keep heavy objects completely off the playing area. 🧩 Connect Four: Please double-check that all 42 plastic rings (21 yellow & 21 blue) are returned in good order to the game posts. 🧱 Jenga: Please double-check that all 54 wooden blocks are returned in good order to their bin.
