Oceanfront pool home, steps to the ocean!

Wake up to the sound of waves crashing and smell the ocean breeze while watching surfers. Comfortable beach house, with secured entrance and unobstructed views. Watch people walk by from the comforts of your pool area. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and perfect views of “the whale” This house is everyone else’s envy! It’s cozy, with unbeatable views and location close to great restaurants and a short walk to town. The space 3 bedrooms with two baths- perfect for families with kids or a group of friends. Very well distributed with a huge social area to enjoy a nice BBQ and pool day. Queen in master Double bed and single bed in room 2 Double bed and twin bunk beds in room 3 Guest access You will have the entire house for yourself. I do have an “owners closet” in the master bedroom that will remain locked. Other things to note You cannot park in front of the house however you can pull up to load and unload, and then park in the garage. The garage is VERY small, not suitable for big trucks. People can also park by the stair #17 and walk down. I accept small pets, however please don’t allow them on the couches with fabric cushions as they are brand new.
