Designed for both short getaways and extended stays, this bright and airy space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Inside, you'll find: A clean, open-concept space with a plush queen bed, smart TV with Netflix, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi — perfect for chilling out or getting work done. A well-equipped kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and dinnerware — ideal for simple meals or morning coffee. A private, spotless bathroom stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hot shower for your comfort. Full-height windows or balcony access offering scenic views and natural light to complete the relaxing ambiance. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this unit provides a peaceful, hotel-style experience with all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests will have full access to the unit, including the sleeping area, kitchenette, private bathroom, and balcony (if applicable). Swimming pools are open for all with 200 pesos FEE per HEAD (3ft below FREE). Other things to note Please note that we follow a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED policy — and there may be instances where another guest completes the payment first, which automatically secures the reservation. Visitor Pass Requirement: All visitors must present a valid ID at the front desk to secure a visitor pass. Pool Availability - The swimming pool is closed every TUESDAY for maintenance (no swimming allowed all day). REGULAR POOL HOURS: 8:00AM - 12NN — Shift1 | 2:00PM - 7:00PM — Shift2 POOL FEE — 200 PESOS PER HEAD (3ft. below FREE) Free Parking: Free parking is available outside the building at the basketball court or CW Home Depot (approx. 3–5 minute walk to the tower). Note: Free parking is at the owner's risk. Drop-off Only Policy: Your vehicle may enter the premises for drop-off only. After unloading, please use the designated free parking areas. Inside Parking (Paid): Limited on-site parking inside the building may be arranged in advance. Ranging 300-400 pesos per night. Please message us early to check availability and rates. Power Outages (Blackout): In the event of a blackout, a backup generator will provide limited power — only one (1) light and one electric fan can be used. Force Majeure Disclaimer: Events like typhoons or earthquakes are beyond our control. During such times, if internet, electricity, or amenities become unavailable, we ask for your understanding as we may not be able to resolve these issues immediately. Guests are expected to take care of the property during their stay. Any damages caused may be charged through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
