Cozy cottage in the garden

Accommodation in a small cottage in a quiet village surrounded by the beautiful nature of Czech Siberia. Relax on the spacious terrace while the kids run around the garden. The cottage is separate and has everything you need. The restaurant is 100 m away, the supermarket 1 km. There are many tourist attractions in the area: the chapel of St. Vojtěch (beautiful sunsets 500 m from the accommodation), the mythical mountain Blaník, the historic Tábor, the Slapy dam, the castles of Vrchotovy Janovice, Ratměřice, Konopiště, Jemniště… and much more. The space The house sits in the far end of a fenced garden. The entrance and entrance for the car is a large gate directly from the street. The car stand is adjacent to the house. Through the spacious patio from the south side, you enter a small hallway and from there into the main living area. From it, the glass door leads back to the deck and the other on the north side to the staircase leading to the car stall. The living room is equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa bed, two armchairs, a TV, a radio, wardrobes (one spacious for your laundry) and a library. There is also a built-in floor with a double bed. The living area is adjacent to an equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Right next to it is a bathroom with toilet and shower. The heating is underfloor electric. If necessary, or to make the atmosphere more comfortable, it is possible to heat the stove. There is also a functional washing machine behind the curtain in the hallway. There is also a clothes dryer. Guest access You can arrive by car and park on the property. Entrance just above the Dance Hall building on the left. The road is narrow and not in the best condition. Driving a motorhome is difficult. Other things to note The house has a main sleeping area (180x200cm) on a built-in floor accessed by a ladder. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress (bed area 140x200cm). Please let me know if you'd like to spread it downstairs or upstairs. In case of full number of people, we will prepare both.
