Description

‘All Baaa 1’ is one of only two unique Tiny Houses set in a tranquil Norfolk field. In the village of Wicklewood, down its own winding lane, a perfect retreat to take country walks, head into the market town of Wymondham, the city of Norwich or the Norfolk coastline. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the sheep in the fields, the valley views, and if you’re lucky, see the steam trains pass on the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. Sorry, the Tiny House is not suitable for pets or young children. The space All-Baaa 1 is an open-plan eco ‘Tiny House Pro’. There are two mezzanine-style bedrooms with king-size beds and views over the valley. Downstairs is a comfortable living room with built-in seating and a large coffee table. There is a smart TV and Bluetooth stereo. The kitchen has a two-ring induction hob, sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. The double patio doors offer views over the fields and lead onto the large decking area with table, chairs and umbrella. Outside, there is a picnic table and barbecue. There are two fields to walk around. The heating/cooling is via the air-conditioning unit powered by solar. There is an electric flame effect fire in the lounge area. The bathroom has a toilet, large shower enclosure and basin vanity unit with illuminated mirror. There is a wardrobe in the hall and many drawers throughout the Tiny House. Parking for one car behind the Tiny House, further parking at the entrance gate. This property is not suitable for young children or pets due to the open stairs and potential electric fencing when sheep are in the field. Guest access You are free to roam around the Penny Loke fields. There is a river at the bottom of the valley and a separate field which is accessed over a bridge. Please be aware of the electric fences when sheep are in the field. Other things to note The Tiny house is not suitable for young children or most pets due to the open stairs and electric fences when sheep are in the field. Penny Loke is valued for its peace and tranquility so no parties or groups.
