The house was built in the year 2025 and meets the highest standards of equipment, functionality and feel-good atmosphere. The quiet, rural surroundings with direct proximity to the forest invite you to long walks, hikes and bike rides. Activities such as fishing, golfing, mountain biking, jogging as well as various water sports are also easily possible. The nearest lake is only 600 meters away. The beautiful sandy beach of Lübeck Bay is about 10 to 11 kilometers away and can be reached quickly by car or bicycle. Shopping, restaurants, a supermarket and medical care are available within a few kilometers. The vacation property is perfectly tailored to the needs of families and groups. Four separate bedrooms offer ample space and retreats. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds (each 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), one bedroom has a bunk bed. The two bathrooms are each equipped with shower, sink, cosmetic mirror, toilet and windows, a washing machine is also available. The beds are freshly made upon arrival, towels are available in sufficient quantity. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the spacious dining and living area and next to an exclusively equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, hot air fryer, fridge with ice cube dispenser, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, the new Thermomix is a special highlight, with which you can easily conjure up delicious meals. The electric juicer provides the morning dose of vitamins. At the dining table, all guests can come together, while relaxation is guaranteed in the sofa corner with comfortable armchairs and sofa. A special highlight is the heated outdoor saltwater pool (24°C from Easter - October), which, together with sun loungers, sunshades and garden furniture, makes your stay outdoors a special experience. The pool roof can be installed or pushed on as needed, so that even small children can easily move unattended on the property. And even with cool outside temperatures you can use the pool like an indoor swimming pool. In the basement there is also an infrared sauna for 2 people. A modern gas grill is available for social BBQ evenings. The fenced, child- and dog-proof property offers maximum safety to families with children or pets. Up to two pets are welcome. Arrival is recommended by car, as the location is away from the direct city center.
