Bed 3 – Two single beds ☆☆LAUNDRY☆☆ Washer/dryer are provided for guest use in the basement. ☆☆MAIN LIVING SPACE☆☆ An open plan living/dining/kitchen are perfect for entertaining and spending time together. Smart TV is perfect for movie time. The deck is accessible right off of the main living space and makes for easy grilling. The upstairs loft is a great place to hang out and read a book. The kitchen/dining area has seating for 6, microwave, full stove/oven, coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils and cookware. The yard is perfect for hanging out or nature watching (we have LOTS of deer walking through the yard), or a perfect yoga spot. Highlights of the outdoor space include: ☀ Firepit ☀ BBQ grill ☀ Large main deck with dining table This home is located in Saw Creek, voted the #1 HOA in the Poconos. Saw Creek is as central of a location in the Poconos as you could possibly find! During the summer months, you will have lake and pool access, located right inside the HOA, and in winter - for an additional fee - you will have access to private ski slopes, or just minutes away to nearby Shawnee Mountain! Guest access This is a gated community. Community rules require that guests sign "short-term leases" with the community for the duration of their stay. These will be provided to guests following booking, after guest fills out POC form. This paperwork must be completed prior to arrival. All guest must be over 25 to stay in the Chalet, except for children who stay with their parents. No unregistered guests or day visitors allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Guests can access the entire house, except for two closets that are locked for the owner's use. Other things to note Saw Creek HOA requires each guest to fill out guest registration form. There will be $25 extra charge for any booking that is made less than 4 days prior to arrival. It’s a community late fee. It will be charged separately. Please make sure your booking includes the correct number of guests as this can impact the final price. Quiet hours after 10pm No fireworks within the community No glitter allowed (inside or outside) If using the outside water hose, please shut off immediately No candles inside of property Speed limit in the community is strict and enforced by security (25mph) - this is for the safety of children, pets and everyone. Speeding ticket is $200. Please stay within property lines and do not trespass on neighbor properties There are 3 outside security cameras: - Side of the driveway (facing the entry and front deck) - Front porch ( facing the driveway) - Rear of the house ( facing hot tub and side porch entrance)
