Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment: bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room and balcony with barbecue. Welcome essentials (toilet paper, toiletries and cleaning products on the first day) are provided. For stays over 7 nights, a free additional set is provided at check-in. • The cleaning fee only covers final cleaning (check-out). You can request extra cleanings or extra clothing during the stay (additional fee, upon request 24 h in advance). • Check-in: from 4 p.m. • Check-out: until 11 am. Before leaving, leave the keys on the entrance hall console. • A deposit of €300 is requested, returned within 48 h after checkout, after checking the status of the accommodation. • During the stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the keys. In case of loss, a penalty will be applied and any costs with keychain will be the responsibility of the guest. • For stays longer than 28 nights, water, electricity and gas consumption is included up to €160/month.
