ENHANCED CLEANING METHODS & PRACTICES All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with special attention given to high-tough items such as door handles, light switches, thermostats, telephones, remote controls, alarm clocks, drapery pulls, furniture knobs, appliances, faucet handles, and toilet and shower handles. The latest cleaning technology from ECOLAB ensures common areas are completely sanitized. Multiple cleaning stations mean easy access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Resort staff have been trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from Ecolab on proper disinfection procedures. High-touch surfaces across public areas from telephones and touchscreens to handles and hand railings are frequently cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved, virus-killing products. Other things to note Unit locations assigned by front desk staff and specific views can't be guaranteed in advance. Requests for specific views may be made only at check in. U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided.
