The space The property has all been upgraded and remodeled with modern appointments and tasteful comfortable decor. Living area includes 2 couches; one makes into a queen sleeper. Electric fireplace with beautiful light features and heat. Large 60" wall mounted smart Tv. Views from the living kitchen area out to the deck overlook Table Rock Lake and the surrounding mountains. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops including an island that seats 4 at the bar and 4 to 6 seats at the dining table. Kitchen has all new appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Paper towels provided, as well as dishwasher pods and dish soap. Main closet has towels available to use when you are at the lake or outside, and vacuum. Hall closet includes games and books. Laundry area with pods and dryer sheets if needed. Main bath has shower/bath combo and includes shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap for you to use. 2nd bedroom has a double queen bunk with smart tv and large bean bag. The well-appointed Master has a king size bed with smart tv, and ceiling fan light. The master bath has a beautifully walk-in spa shower panel with body sprays and waterfall rain shower head. Each bedroom has blackout curtains for sleeping in late. Security camera is located outside to see the parking area and front door. Deck has a table with six seats, 2 rockers and 2 zero gravity chairs for star gazing. It is a very relaxing property with all you need to tuck in or go out on the town in nearby Eureka Springs and have a place to relax when you return. Guest access Unless you are renting both sides, there is a privacy deck divider on the deck. You have ample private parking for up to 4 cars on each side.
