Guest access kitchen, living room, upstairs living room, office space, washing machine, balcony During your stay We are first and foremost very COVID aware and careful when it comes to protecting ourselves and our community. We are looking to host other like-minded people who will take all recommended COVID precautions. I spend most of my time abroad, but my partner lives in the apartment full time and maintains the household. I am from the US and run an international travel business, while my domestic partner is an Ecuadorian educator, coach, and dance instructor. We are an excellent resource to visitors and residents alike, and are happy to share our expertise and time with interested guests. We love the outdoors, cooking (and eating), and playing board games, and we enjoy an active lifestyle. We are happy to share as much or as little of our time with our guests as they desire. We are looking to rent out our 3rd bedroom to a long-term guest who is looking for a safe, comfortable, and spacious place to live for a least a couple of months. Other things to note Upstairs living space with sofa bed is available for additional guests. One private bedroom with double bed is available on the main level. Additional cots/mattresses are available for larger groups at additional cost.
