Our lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people on around 70 m² – ideal for couples, small families or anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days in the beautiful Danube Valley and on the Swabian Alb 💚 The space 💚 Well-being made easy: The apartment is bright, friendly and designed with a lot of love for detail. A separate bedroom with a comfortable French bed and a spacious living area with additional sleeping options offer space to relax. 💚 Cooking like at home: In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need – from the oven to the wine glasses. Ideal for a shared breakfast or a cozy dinner on the terrace. 💚 Modern bathroom: Newly renovated, with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Towels and linens are of course included. 💚 Enjoy the sun - on your own terrace: Our very personal highlight: the spacious terrace with midday and evening sun. Ideal for reading, eating or just relaxing. Quietly located, with a view of the countryside. 💚 Technology & comfort: Free Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as cozy seating indoors and outdoors ensure relaxing hours – whether in sunshine or rainy weather. 💚 Arrive & park comfortably: Parking is available right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely accommodated – ideal for excursions along the Danube or in the beautiful surroundings of the Swabian Alb. 💚 Central, quiet location: The old town of Munderkingen with its half-timbered houses, restaurants and cafés as well as shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door. We look forward to guests who want to discover our region and feel at home with us - whether for a weekend or a longer stay. If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us! Guest access As our guests, you will use the same entrance to the house as we do. The apartment doors can of course be locked separately. The apartment is fully available to you. Other things to note Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment – smoking on the terrace is also not allowed. We also ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. CHECK IN: Arrival is usually possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Since we carry out a personal check-in with you, this – including the time – must be agreed with us in advance!
