Cozy & luxurious guesthouse near's-Hertogenbosch

From mid-September 2025, this brand new accommodation will be ready! In the middle of the countryside, just 10 km from bustling's-Hertogenbosch, lies Buitenhoudt: an attractive and sustainable guest house for 4 people. Here you can enjoy luxurious comfort in a quiet, rural environment - ideal for a romantic weekend getaway, a family vacation or a few days relaxing in nature. The space Our wooden guest house combines comfort with coziness and can accommodate up to 4 people. Inside you will find a cozy sitting area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker) and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can sleep in two places: in the cozy bedstead (double bed, 180 cm wide) or on the cozy sleeping loft (2 separate beds of 90 cm wide). For extra comfort, there is underfloor heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV and in winter a wood-burning stove for a warm and cozy atmosphere. Outside you have a private piece of greenery overlooking the Brabant landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the outdoors with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. Breakfast is not included in the stay. There is an induction cooktop and of course a refrigerator so you can easily prepare something yourself when you like. In the village, there is a Spar store where you can go every morning for fresh rolls, and even freshly made sandwiches. We – Mieke & Joey – live in this beautiful place with our three children. They often play happily outside, so you might hear them laughing or playing soccer. We like to share our nice place with guests who love nature, coziness and a homey atmosphere. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire guest house all to yourself. At the rear is a nice south-facing terrace, where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. This terrace and the piece of greenery around it are completely part of your stay. Our guesthouse is located on our own property and connects to our garden. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider this part as private. This way you know exactly which spaces belong to the stay, and we can create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere together. Other things to note We love to offer our guests breakfast from time to time. However, this is not included as standard and is only available in consultation, at an additional cost.
