Ideal for forgetting everyday life, hiking, walking, cycling or visiting the surrounding area and the nearby highlights. Such as Interlaken, Lake Thun, Spiez and much more. The space The space is divided into three floors: 1. In the lower area is the first room with double bed. 2. Then you go up the stairs and you are in the living and dining area. Here you will find the possibility for two more people to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed with mattress. 3. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. 4. Above the living room you will find the gallery and there is also a comfortable double bed. You get: - towels - bed linen - Coffee - Tea - Salt, vinegar, oil and spices - shower gel - Soap - Dish soap A folding bed for babies can also be found in the apartment, which you are allowed to use. Guest access Feel at home throughout the entire home. Check-in is independent. You will receive all the information after check-in. (verification of the data and verification of the ID or passport data) You have the option to park in the yellow area. At the sign: CAPOBNB to park. Please do not drive up with oversized vehicles. These must be parked in public parking lots that are further away from the apartment. If you are unsure, please contact us. Additional services: - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an extra cost. But no later than 12:00 pm Earlier check-in is generally possible at no extra charge. Please check with us one day before or on the same day of check-in. Once the cleaning is done, you are more than welcome to check in earlier. IMPORTANT: An online registration form must be filled out before check-in. Only then will you be given the access code to the apartment. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a gallery in the apartment where there is a double bed. Please DO NOT let toddlers go up to at least 8 years without 100% supervision, as the stairs are very steep and dangerous. In addition, don't sound with neighbors if you can't find the apartment. I am always available via the app or by phone in case of emergencies. PARKING: Parking is covered and the vehicle may be a maximum of 2.15 high. The surrounding area: numerous hiking and cycling trails: - the heart route e-bike stage Thun - Laupen, - - beautiful views and experiences in nature. - five minutes drive or 10 minutes by bike you will find the picturesque Lake Thun, ideal for walks, boat trips and recreation. - You can also discover historical sights such as Spiez Castle or enjoy the view from the Sigriswil panoramic bridge. - It is also only 30 to 35 minutes to reach the popular city of Interlaken. Bus stop is 900 m away. (15 min. walk from the property) I recommend downloading the SBB app if you are traveling by bus and train. The stop is called Glütsch. 30 minutes to Interlaken by car. 45 minutes by bus and train to Interlaken. Please note: Please do not ring neighbors in case you can't find the apartment.
