The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room. Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now! BEACH: The house has private beach access through stone steps and a gate which stays closed for security. The property counts with its own private security and maintenance as well as a room for domestic helper.
