After a day at the beach, you can enjoy a meal on our cedar deck & gaze at the stars. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, tubing at The ROC (Recreational Outdoor Campus 3 min drive). We can’t wait to welcome you at our cottage - a true home away from home with everything you need for a perfect stay. The space Nestled in one of the best areas of Georgina is a peaceful 2-bedroom cottage retreat, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and Lake Simcoe, yet easily access the shopping and restaurants of nearby Sutton and Keswick. Guest access Entire house, driveway and fenced-in backyard. Private street-end beach for street residents only. Pets are allowed on our street beach on leash. Other things to note Please register all your guests and visitors by providing their full names. Also, let us know if you are bringing a dog and what kind - breed and weight. We have municipal water that is safe for drinking. Hot water comes from a tankless water heater. The house is heated by furnace gas/forced air, and we have central AC. Woodstove is not operational. We offer beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, flotation noodles, pack-n-play and high chair for babies. Paddleboard and equipment is available upon request and signed liability waiver.
