All pets must be pre-approved. Message us before booking if you'd like to bring a pet. Bookings with an un-registered pet will be charged a $350 penalty. Please note this is a quiet neighborhood. Loud music, noises, screaming or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of the adjacent neighbors. You will be asked to leave if the neighbors complain. Thank you. We provide a level 2 charger outlet for EV charging. We however do not provide the charging cable as different cars have different cables. Please bring your own charging cable if you'd like to use the EV charger.
