The space A floating lodge set in the middle of a private pond, surrounded by nature. No roads, no neighbours — just peace, water and the sight of koi carp gliding beneath your feet. Access is completely self-service aboard an electric motorboat. The short boat crossing is part of the experience and allows you to come and go freely throughout your stay. The lodge floats gently with the wind and water. The setting is simple and uncluttered, designed for slowing down, taking a breath and enjoying the surroundings. The lodge is fully self-sufficient: • Solar electricity and satellite Wi-Fi (Starlink). • Filtered water for the shower, sink and toilet (non-potable). • Drinking water available from a dedicated tap. • Wastewater treated through a phytoremediation system directly on the pond. For your comfort: • 160x200 double bed and two-person sofa bed. • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, two gas hobs, sink and Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules provided. • Bathroom with shower and toilet. • Projector with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+. • Bed linen and towels provided. • Cleaning included. The experience is not just for sunny summer days. The lodge has been designed for year-round comfort, with thermal and acoustic insulation from floor to ceiling and highly efficient heating. During autumn and winter, it becomes a particularly cosy retreat: warm inside while the pond and surrounding nature unfold just outside the windows. In summer, a fan and outdoor shade sails help keep the lodge comfortable. Outside, on the water: • Terrace with outdoor furniture. • Gas barbecue. • Net suspended above the water. • Shade sails. Please note: • Access to the lodge is self-service using an electric motorboat. • Swimming is prohibited. • Fishing is prohibited — the koi live here. • No fires, indoors or outdoors. • Maximum 4 guests. Private, secure, video-monitored parking is available near the pond. Guest access You will have private access to the entire floating lodge, the pond and the accessible surrounding areas. The lodge is reached independently from the pontoon using the electric boat provided for your stay. Other things to note CURRENT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITE 🌿 A recent fire affected part of the vegetation and some of the peripheral areas around the pond. The floating lodge itself was not impacted. The main view from inside the lodge and from its terrace has also been largely preserved, allowing guests to continue enjoying the pond, the water and the natural setting. To make sure guests can book with a clear and accurate picture of the site, we have added recent photographs taken from the lodge and its main living areas showing its current condition. As the vegetation naturally evolves, these photographs and information will be updated regularly.
