Codes activate at 4 PM, and you can check in anytime after. Early check-in is always available at 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM for $9/hour. Even earlier check-in may be available based on reservations. All pets must be included in your reservation. There is a $28 flat fee per stay, which covers up to 2 pets. Our location is right on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Prescott. That means a front-row seat to the energy of the city—including nightlife, music, traffic, and trains. If you're sensitive to sound, this may not be the right fit. You’ve reserved the one-bedroom, one-bathroom option for the Diamond Condo. Your stay includes access to the primary bedroom and main bathroom only. Please note: the Glam Room and second bedroom are not included in this reservation and will remain locked. The condo remains fully private—unused bedrooms are simply locked and never rented to other guests. If you need additional space, just let us know—we’re happy to assist with an upgrade if available.
