This semi remote location and property is ideal for guests who enjoy the feeling of the wild, but also like the comforts of a lovely warm and well equipped home! The beautiful detached stone built bungalow is deceptively spacious, comprising a generous sized living room with open fire, patio doors to the rear decking and garden, TV with netflix etc, along with DVD player. A re-fitted kitchen/dining room is very well equipped with an electric cooker and induction hob, larder cupboard, 'beans to cup' coffee machine, dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine in a separate utility cupboard. There is a handy boot room off the hallway with plenty of coat hooks and storage space, along with a separate side entrance to the property, which leads in to a large drying/store room. There are two rooms used as bedrooms. Bedroom one has a super king bed with double fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom two has twin single beds and bedside table. The third small room is left as extra space and has a double wardrobe, so is intended as a dressing room for bedroom two. This small room also has book shelves with books and DVDs for guest use. The refitted bathroom comprises bath with hand held and rainfall shower over bath, basin with cupboard under, toliet and mirrored vanity cupboard. There is a large fenced garden surrounding the property. along with a walled patio area ideal for alfresco dining. Ample driveway parking is next to the property and is gated. Reliable wifi with Starlink is included. Towels, linen and kitchen tea towels are provided. Guest access Whole house Other things to note The garden is fenced and gated and is secure for most smaller dogs. However, guests should make their own judgement whether it is secure for their own dog. The wildlife will be very tempting for a dog to escape and chase! The walled and gated patio area is handy, if unsure about the security for a dog in the surrounding garden.
