In the heart of Felletin, the house is in a peaceful setting, on the banks of the Creuse, facing the classified site of the Pont Roby. Enjoy a preserved natural environment, ideal for unwinding. The covered terrace is perfect for your meals or moments of relaxation to the sound of the river. In winter, you will appreciate the warm atmosphere of the wood-burning stove, which provides cozy comfort. You will be close to the historic center and hiking trails. Bedroom 3 (across the terrace): • 1 small double bed 130x190cm • 1 double bed 140x190cm with mezzanine floor box spring. • 1 shower room with toilet The main access to the house is via a steep staircase without a handrail, which can be difficult for some people. The TV is not connected to the antenna; it can simply be used as a computer monitor via an HDMI cable provided. There is no wifi at the property. Other things to note 🐾 Rules for interacting with our cat You may come across our cat, Snoop, during your stay. He's a loving companion who loves to share the terrace with guests. For the comfort of all, please follow these few guidelines: 🙏 Do not feed him (he already has his own adapted food). 🚪Close the doors properly to prevent him from inviting himself inside without your consent. 🛏️ Do not let him climb on the white outdoor cushions 👶 Supervise children in his presence (he is gentle, but remains an animal). 🐱 You can give him a pat if he comes to you, but let him come and go freely.
