Additionally, we provide ample dishware to accommodate both you and your guests. The space This home is a three bedroom bi-level when you enter you will walk into the beautiful open living room walk up a flight of steps and enter an airy open spacious kitchen and dining room area then to the right of the kitchen down the hallway there is one full bathroom three bedrooms master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom also accommodates a queen-sized bed. A third bedroom is available with a twin-sized bed, and an additional twin-sized mattress can be accommodated if required. Our kitchen it stopped with our own personal spices oils, some dry goods and non-perishables in the cabinets. They are welcomed for any guest to use, but is not an amenity offered if you happen to need or want anything that is in the kitchen for your cooking needs during your stay you're more than welcome to access it, but it is not something that we restock , but merely just a kind gesture to go ahead and have access to if you forget something from the grocery or need something for a recipe. Within a twenty-minute drive, you can explore Woodbury Commons, bethel woods ,Legoland Catskills resorts, casinos, Kartrite waterparks, Holiday Mountain (offering winter and summer activities), and a wide selection of wineries and breweries.Just 1.5 hrs from NYC. We charge a rate for one person per night. Any additional people that would be staying in the reservation is an extra charge. We do require honesty when the initial booking is made of how many people will be staying if other people are added to the reservation by the host there will be an additional charge. We charge $50 extra per person on top of the nightly rate .
