If you notice anything of concern, simply let us know and our team will be happy to assist. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 27 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, water, laundry). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
