Other things to note Our facility maintains gardens and conducts cleaning with the help of local residents. We value harmony with the local community and strive to operate with full consideration for the surrounding living environment. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from activities that involve excessive noise, such as parties. If issues with neighbors arise, we may have no choice but to discontinue renting the villa altogether. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest Requests ・Please observe all house rules. ・Unlike hotels, we ask that you treat the rooms with care, as you would your own home. ・Self-cleaning (basic tidying) is required at checkout. ・Additional fees may apply if special cleaning is needed due to excessive dirt or strong odors. ・While we have a management office nearby and staff occasionally visit, please understand that this is primarily a self-service facility. ・Check-in is self-service. ・We cannot offer refunds based on subjective complaints (such as odors or cleanliness). ・During winter, the sauna temperature may not reach optimal levels due to cold outdoor temperatures. Please enjoy it as a low-temperature sauna. Natural Environment ・Our facility is located in the nature-rich Kitakaruizawa area. Therefore, insects (ants, mantises, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wildlife (wild boars, masked palm civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the surrounding area regardless of season. If you encounter wildlife, please refrain from approaching them or making loud noises that might provoke them. Although we conduct thorough checks during each cleaning and implement regular pest prevention measures, completely preventing insects from entering is unfortunately impossible. We hope you can understand this as part of the experience of staying in a lush natural setting. ・Please be aware that in rare cases, entering the cold natural stream immediately after using the sauna may trigger an allergic reaction to the cold.
