Seaview Hilltop Barn - Overlooks Second Valley!

'The Barn' You will LOVE the peaceful surroundings! Is fully insulated including the roof on the outside! As soon as you begin ascending the driveway you can't help but notice the beautiful rolling hills and seaviews. On arrival, well, you're then on Top Of The World!! Stunning views from 'The Barn' to the Sea! Entering the Barn you will feel an instant awe and an ambiance which only demands you to relax and enjoy! The photos will tell you the story! In real life is another story! The space 'The Barn' Beige in Summer’ Green in Winter! The Barn and its surrounds are unique to the area to say the least! Stunning views over the rolling hills to the sea! At night it feels like you could touch the stars! Also at night you can see the city lights in the distance through to outer harbour. Daytime ...well...you'll see!! The Barn is surrounded by Sheep, Cows, Kangaroos and abundent bird life. Enjoy the peace and tranqulity up on the hill! You can on occassion have four seasons in one day as the ocean is not far away! It can get very windy at times as you are 300 feet above sea level. The weather extremes can add to a great experience indeed! Sit back, relax and soak it all up!! Guest access The Barn is screened off from the house next door for complete privacy. The next door house is also on airbnb! We ask nicely not to access the land next door but you have plenty of land to the front and side of the Barn to dwell. We also ask not to accsess the paddocks as sheep and cattle dwell on it from time to time. You are however welcome to walk on the track at the back and side of the house and down the driveway. If you have a pet ensure all gates are closed including the one you enter into before you get to the Barn. Other things to note Please respect our space........ Thank you in advance.
