Other things to note *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Boat Lift can hold up to 8,000lbs for V Boat only. Pontoons will have to tie up on the West side of the pier where the bumpers are installed *Property Manager will meet to check you in at the property upon arrival *EV Plug Port is available in the garage-Cord Provided fits most EV Vehicles *Tennis Court is shared with property behind home *Kayaks (2) are available Memorial Day - Labor Day. Life Vests are required to be worn while on the kayak *Please note, pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Pier is removed after the summer season. Please inquire if any sooner/past that date. **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more.
