Sleep up to 12 people in 2 apartments in the same building located right between the two beautiful parks of la Condesa. Loads of bars, kids play parks, restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, malls, cinemas, museums, markets and two good-size supermarkets all within walking distance. Close to both Metro Sevilla and Sonora Metrobus stop. Open plan flexible spaces in both units. Ideal for large groups. The booking cost covers both apartments. The space The apartments are in the same building. The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 with king size bed and 1 with queen size bed) each with en suite bathroom. The smaller apartment has 3 bedrroms each with a queen size bed plus 2 shared bathrooms (1 full bathroom with a shower and 1 half bathroom without a shower). All bedrooms are lockable. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, coffee maker, kettle, pots & pans, cutlery, crockery and filter system for drinking water. Bedsheets and towels are provided and one of the apartments also has a washer/dryer. There is no elevator so is not ideally suited to anyone with mobility issues. Please note there is no guest parking available within the building. There are parking meters in the street which cost 8 pesos p/hour and are operational between 8am-8pm Monday to Wednesday and 8am-1am Thursday to Saturday. There is also a 24 hr carpark one block from the building that charges 24 pesos apriox p/hour. Guest access Everything in each apartment is for guest use Other things to note If you are staying with us for a full week or more, house keeping is included once a week with a change of towels and sheets if necessary. If you are staying for less than a week, cleaning won’t happen while you are there but if you’d like it to be done, at an extra cost of $600 MXN, please let Patricia know. Unless you coordinate with Patricia, our cleaning team will let themselves in between 10am and 4pm. If you are staying for longer than a week but DON’T want the flat cleaned while you are there, please let us know. We only ask kindly if we can change the sheets and towels.
