Stay in a historic home from 1875, in the heart of Cologne's Historic Barrio. We offer a simple, comfortable and affordable room, ideal for those who value the location, heritage and experience of inhabiting an old "patio house". Important: The house has a single bathroom shared between guests and hosts (Martin and Nacho). House declared a World Heritage Site (UNESCO 1995) and a National Historic Monument (Ministry of Education and Culture 1998). The space This is an old house from 1875, with exterior stone walls and the typical architecture of the so-called “casa patio” of the late 19th century, a type of house in which all the rooms are arranged around the patio or garden. Guest access The room is located around the house's courtyard. Guests enter through the main hall, cross the interior garden, and independently access their room.
