Balconies on each floor overlook a shared garden, which includes a dining table and grill. A shared basement-level laundry room with washer and dryer is accessed from the main interior stair. Other things to note It’s easy and convenient to park in front of the house, where spots are typically available, with alternate side parking occurring only one time per week, at which point guests may wish to park on-site, behind the building, in the parking spaces accessed via the alley. Guests may receive mail and packages at the building.
