The space The farm is located on a plot of 70,000 square meters, with Atlantic Forest, fruit trees, lots of fauna and flora, and an incredible view of the reservoir. The house is old but perfectly preserved, with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, smart TV, refrigerator, freezer, barbecues (indoor mobile and outdoor fixed), swimming pool, and beautiful landscaping. There are seven spacious and very comfortable bedrooms, with bed and bath linens available. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of them with a bunk bed. The seventh bedroom includes one more bunk bed and a single bed. The house also has 4 more mattresses to put on the floor if necessary, and a crib, which can be requested from the host. There are also three bathrooms and an indoor toilet, plus an outdoor bathroom. There is a dining room, living room, a beautiful balcony, a kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, a blender, a stand for a gallon of natural and cold mineral water, two ovens, two stoves and two large barbecues (one fixed and one mobile). Guest access Guests can use the entire house and its surroundings, including the garden, parking; everything that is in the photos.
