This spacious, beautifully updated historic 2 story / 2 bedroom house built in 1900 offers rare private outdoor space, a lovely retreat in an ideal location with everything that Annapolis has to offer at your fingertips! It has the following must have amenities: -Private outdoor patio -Updated kitchen -Cozy living room -2 full bathrooms -5 min walk to G The space 1st floor - Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room (seats 4), kitchen, full bath with stand-up shower, cozy area with lofted twin size bed and sleeping nook with twin size bed 2nd floor - Primary bedroom with additional open loft with 2nd full size above, full bathroom with stand-up shower washer/dryer included Outside- seating area on a private patio **Please note the loft (full bed) shares the same open space as the primary bedroom, and does not have a door or wall separating the two areas.** Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor area except for locked storage closets. Other things to note PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT. We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in. Please refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests: 2 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra) This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there. We charge a pet fee of $50/night per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking. ***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.*** If you are local to the Annapolis area and book for less than 5 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100/hr or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to. ***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, back deck, or front or back yard*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee*** For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
