Our house has 3 floors and we rented the 1st and 2nd floors. There are 3 Suites, 1 with a Closet. Very large kitchen and living rooms on the 2nd floor. Parking space for up to 3 cars. We can add mattresses to increase the number of guests. We are located in the heart of the city near Fenarreco, Arena, Markets, Bakeries, Banks, Havan, wholesale shopping sector such as Fip and Stop Shop. You can walk to the Sculpture Park and Gym. Easy access to Av. Beira Rio and Av. Antônio Heil. The space Our house has 3 floors with 4 suites and was built for our family's leisure, but as the children grow up and build their own families, my wife and I decided to open the doors to guests. Our street is private, with no traffic. We are located in the heart of the city, you can walk to the Supermarket, Gym, Havan, Gas Station among others. You will find several shopping malls near our property, such as Fip, Stop Shop and wholesalers for retailers 15 minutes away, such as Master Shopping, All Shopping, Catarina Shopping. The suite is on the 1st floor with total privacy, and on the 2nd floor is the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our garage can accommodate 2 small vehicles, with the space being on a first come/first serve basis. But our street is quiet and you can leave it on the street without any problems. Other things to note If you rented the entire house then you have access to the living room and kitchen, and it is not shared with anyone else. For arrival, we have a Key Safe with Password, and you will receive all the information on the day of Check-in.
