We created this space as a family project, we decorated it ourselves and put all of our love on it. It is a new and recently renovated stay near to San José Downtown in which you can relax and enjoy a modern Airbnb experience in a 3 miles radio of museums, theaters, malls and restaurants areas. Convenient to visit La Paz Waterfall, Irazú and Poas Volcanoes.. You will have everything you need during your stay, we hope to see you soon. The space Our Airbnb belongs to a complex of 7 apartments and 1 house, they share an outside sitting area where you can relax surrounded by different types of plants and flowers. They also share the laundry room and the garage. You all will live in a “little community” for the long of your stay, so please take this into consideration and enjoy your stay with us. We provide a family environment, please respect it the same way we respect you. Guest access Self access with one unique code for each of our guests. Other things to note If parking is needed, it has to be coordinated in advance. We do accept pets, but a non-refundable $20 per fee per pet is required. Pets are not allowed on the bed. Maximum 2 pets and they have to be pre approved. If the garage gate’s remote control gets lost or damaged, a fee of $150 US dollars will be charged in order to replace it. Laundry space is available, first load is included. Then, $3 may be charged for each load (amount includes washing machine and dryer) The apartment is located in a neighborhood but in the city, which means you will hear cars and motorcycles or dogs during your stay. It also has a second floor with another Airbnb in case you hear steps or activity above you.
