Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day. 2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people. 3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
