This tiny house experience isn't as tiny as you might imagine it to be. Peaceful surroundings with majestic views of the Skimmerhorn mountain range and the rolling farm fields. This tiny house is parked on our property on 10 acres. Watch the horses, cows or elk and deer graze while enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine. The surrounding area of Lister is great for walks, bicycle riding and the golf course is only a short 5 minute drive away. With the mountains and valleys to explore you can also enjoy time on the Kootenay River or Kootenay Lake which is also within a short scenic drive. You won't regret staying in this breathtaking location and unique accomodation. If you have kids, they will love the loft space that they can call "home". Fully equipped with induction countertop cooking, full size fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo, this Tiny House doesn't sacrifice on amenties to gain more space. We are looking forward to having you stay. Guest access The entire tiny house and the surrounding grassy area are there for your enjoyment. We do live on the same property but you will have privacy as our workshop is seperating your space from our. Rest assured we will respect your privacy as we hope you will ours. Other things to note This Tiny House is connected to a septic field so we ask that you only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Any feminine products go into the garbage please. Also our water is well water but it is filtered out of the small tap in the kitchen through a reverse osmosis filter and is safe to drink. Registration Details Provincial registration number: Exempt
