Welcome to our beautiful and bright mountain home, perfect for your family vacation or romantic escape. This chalet condo can accommodate up to 8 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room. Only a 10 minute walk or free shuttle ride to the Blue Mountain Village, this home is centrally located to all local activities and dining experiences. The Historic Snowbridge community also has a shared outdoor pool open seasonally for your use. The space This home is the perfect blend of comfort and character with both rustic and modern accents. The living area has a gas fireplace and Smart TV with cable surrounded by comfortable seating. The couch can pull out to a double size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Kitchen The spacious kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area with room for 6 to gather. For the warmer months, there is a private balcony with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. With everything you need to prepare your own meals, you can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Blue or Collingwood. Bedrooms and bathrooms The condo has three bedrooms. Bedroom one is the primary bedroom with a king size bed and private ensuite. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. There are 2 total bathrooms in this home with one shower and one shower-in-tub. All linens, pillows and towels are included in your stay. Guest access The pool is typically open from the first week of June until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you're curious about the pool being open! The hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for general swim. Adult-only swim is available 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to dusk. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village on a private paved trail set up for walking and biking and centrally located near the Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves and a short drive to downtown Collingwood.
