Welcome to Green Mountain Cottage! Your own cozy and private guest suite, located 9 minutes to Red Rocks! Nestled right next to the foothills providing easy access for fall mountain drives & ski adventures. Loveland is a 45 minute drive, Breck, Keystone, Abasin & Copper are just over an hour! Plus, explore Downtown Denver in 20 minutes. Guest suite is an attached duplex above the garage in host's house. The guest suite has a private entrance with new tile shower, flooring, deck, and appliances. The space Easy access from parking space to the private guest suite and private entrance. Private outdoor seating area on the side of the house and the deck. Beautiful brand new deck with views of Green Mountain. Living room is light and bright, right off of the deck. There is a two person dining area. The kitchenette includes fridge with freezer, toaster oven, microwave, two-burner cook-top, electric kettle, coffee press, pots and pans with kitchen utensils. There is a large TV with access to connect to your streaming. Great WIFI and a closet area for storage and a pantry. The bedroom is a memory foam king bed with a TV and beautiful view of the foothills. There is also a closet and dresser. The bathroom includes a new beautifully tiled shower! The guest suite is an attached duplex above the garage in the host's house. My husband and I are next door and available for any questions you may have. We have two dogs that may be enjoying the backyard but they won't be able to come into your area as it is completely separated by a fence. Guest access Electronic lockbox and code will be provided before arrival. Other things to note Green mountain is an amazing location for exploring Colorado! There is a coffee shop and Mexican restaurant within walking distance. 45 minute drive to Loveland Ski Resort and a one hour drive to Summit County including Frisco and Breckenridge. 9 minutes to Red Rocks to enjoy a show! It is truly a one-of-a-kind venue. 10 minutes to downtown Golden, where you can find farmer's markets in the summer. Bear Creek Lake Park is 5 minutes away and has paddle board rentals and swimming in the summer. There are a ton of hiking trails to explore in the area. Plus, so many amazing breweries and restaurants nearby!
