Master bedroom (superking) w. E/S & use of house

Hi, I live with my friendly dog (& my 18 y/o daughter who is sometimes home at wkends/hols & has her own room too - she lives in at college). We have horses & chickens. I'm happy to have dogs stay (ideally downstairs with my dog, or if upstairs not on the bed). We've a secure garden & overlook fields. The master bedroom has an ensuite & a really comfortable super king size bed! I WFH & am relaxed about if you want company or space. You can use all rooms & amenities: kitchen, washer etc. WiFi. The space My home is a detached 3 bed house at the end of a lane adjacent fields, in Leigh. Master bedroom is currently the only room on Airbnb although we do have a sofa bed which could be used in the living room, if necessary (if arranged in advance). Downstairs we have a large open plan living room with standing desk under the stairs and French doors out into the side secure garden that has artificial grass, table and 4 chairs and a BBQ (although it hasn't had any use since the summer). We also have a smokeless fire pit. The living room has a TV, a large corner suite and large comfy armchair and there are plenty of fresh blankets for a cosy evening. The kitchen is also on the ground floor with view out to the fields and the horses grazing and has 2 ovens, air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, plates, mugs and cooking items you'd expect in a lived in home. You are more than welcome to make yourself at home and cook here and use the staple items in our cupboards such as spices and oil etc. and the tea, coffee, milk sugar etc. You can also store your food in the fridge/freezer as required.. (we also have an additional fridge freezer in the gym which only has drinks in it and can be used exclusively by guests if they prefer to store their food separately). The kitchen has a large table with four chairs. There is a downstairs toilet and a utility room where muddy boots, dogs, coats etc are usually contained. there's also a washer and dryer which you are welcome to use if needed. The back door of the house opens into a second secure garden, here we have chickens (contained) and stables with two horses. This back garden isn't really a social space but more like a working yard but dogs are fine out here. That said we do have a small garage gym with squat rack, bench, olympic bar and plenty plates and free-weights which can also be used off this space. This back garden includes a driveway with a gate that can be locked if guests prefer to lock their vehicle up. There is parking on our drive or at the front of the property and also endless parking on the potholey lane at the front of our house. Finally, my parents live next door: typically friendly Northerners. There are lovely walks here from the door too and I've lived here my entire life, it's very peaceful and most mornings I watch pheasants with my coffee and in the evening bats overhead if I sit still. We often see fox, deer, birds of prey and other wildlife too. (as I type I can hear the owls!) Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom (as listed) doesn't have views of the fields, just the lane but it's the largest bedroom and has an ensuite with basin, toilet and shower. There is a stack of clean towels and a laundry basket for used towels and some toiletries available if required. The bedroom has a super king size bed, with Emma mattress and a TV in the room. Theres tonnes of storage behind a large full height mirror and a dressing table alongside the mirror with plenty plug sockets. My daughter and I will be using the other two bedrooms that have a shared bathroom but if you did prefer a bath you'd be welcome to use it with a little notice. The Wi-Fi is good here and you are welcome to work here if needed from the kitchen table or standing desk in the living room. Any questions or specific needs, just ask, I'd love to help if I can!
