Guest access The entire house can be used. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the artificial lawn area. Underage children must bathe under adult supervision, the host is not responsible for any misuse of the facilities. Any damage will be charged to guests. Activities that produce noise and discomfort to neighbors cannot be carried out from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm There are 2 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi throughout the house, two porch areas with terrace furniture, a covered barbecue, and a small storage room.
