Welcome to our beautiful fully renovated and carefully decorated villa at the foot of the Pyrenees between Tarbes and Lourdes, just minutes from the airport! We limit the number of beds to 12 people, but feel free to write to us for any special requests (assistance animals, small children...). On a surface of 210 m2, come and discover the peculiarities that this house offers! The space This bright house offers beautiful spaces to relax: - a play area and library - a TV lounge - a beautiful dining room - a modern kitchen equipped with two fridges - a laundry room with toilet, washer and dryer - Six spacious bedrooms with beautiful openings to the park and surrounding nature. → Four bedrooms between 20 m2 and 22 m2 on the ground floor with bathrooms, showers and private toilets. → Two bedrooms of about 20 m2 on the first floor with bathroom, shower and toilet to share. Outside, in addition to the large private parking lot, come and enjoy a swim in the pool, a large enclosed park with trees for a barbecue or a game of ping-pong! Facing south, we offer you a house in which you feel good day and night, thanks to the lamps and plaids that reserve you cocooning evenings. Guest access You can use the entire home as well as the exteriors. There is a DIY workshop at the bottom of the garden that will be closed for your safety. Other things to note In terms of location, the house is located at the entrance to Bénac with views of the Pyrenees. The village offers various services such as a night market in summer, a restaurant, a post office within the village. The towns of Tarbes and Lourdes are 15 minutes away by car and offer all amenities (shopping, entertainment, restaurants etc). Bagnères-de-Bigorre, known for its thermal baths, is a 20-minute drive, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. The first ski resorts are 45 minutes away (Cauteret, Hautacam, La Mongie...). Want to swim? The Basque Country and the Landes are 1.5 hours away to enjoy a beautiful day by the water. 
 As you can see, if you love nature while being close to amenities, this house will allow you an ideal stay with your loved ones to discover or rediscover the South West!
