Welcome to the Flamingo Inn, our 4-bedroom family home in a quiet neighborhood with woods behind you and all within comfortable walking distance of Bethany’s sandy beaches and just blocks from downtown Bethany and the Boardwalk. This coastal hide-away is close to all of Bethany Beach’s attractions, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and unique shops. Book now for a coastal retreat filled with relaxation and fun! The space This home features four bedrooms offering one king bed and three queen beds. Additionally, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the family room offers additional sleeping options. The primary bathroom has a shower and a whirlpool tub while the upstairs has a full bath with a shower. Additionally, there is an outside shower. Laundry facilities include a dedicated laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Featuring a large screen TV in the family room a TV in the primary bedroom and a TV upstairs. TV's have Roku using the Guest Mode so our guest can confidently use their own streaming accounts and subscriptions with the peace of mind that their logins will automatically be deleted upon departure. Guests can enjoy free content, some live TV, and music from The Roku Channel, CBS News, iHeartRadio, and more, or try out any of the 10,000+ apps that Roku offers. Outdoor living includes a screened in porch as well as a deck. Small deck in back yard with a gas grill to enjoy some summer time favorites such as your favorite steaks or hotdogs and hamburgers. Guest access The whole house and property is available for the enjoyment of guest! Other things to note There are kayaks and paddle boards available to schedule for rent during your stay. Arrangements can be made with Co-Host Steve for FREE drop-off and pickup of kayakers to nearby parks and beaches. Ask Steve for details and recommendations! We also have assorted bicycles available for use during your stay at no charge when available. Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood, and many of our amazing neighbors live here year-round. Posted Quiet Hours for Sussex County are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. All outside activities such as music, TV, etc. are prohibited during this time period. Guests will be fined $500 for noise violations. If the police are called to the property for any disturbances/violations, guests will be required to leave immediately and forfeit the rest of their stay. Only guests who are on the original booking may stay the night. No events or parties are permitted. Failure to follow House Rules will result in a $500 fine.
