The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil imaginable—perfect for home chefs and food lovers alike. Enjoy modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and cable television, or unwind in the bright and airy Florida room, ideal for soaking in the sun or enjoying peaceful views. Downstairs, you’ll find a unique highlight: a hand-carved Turkish camel bar that adds a touch of global charm to the basement. The space also features a game room and four additional beds—great for accommodating children. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a private bathroom, a private balcony, and a skylight that brings in natural light. And for added peace of mind, a full-house generator ensures you’re covered in case of a power outage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked rooms in the basement (which contain the furnace and utilities) and the garage, which is not accessible to guests and has no entry from inside the home. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, family room, living room, furnished basement, and a bright Florida room with many windows. A sub-basement offers 4 additional twin beds — providing plenty of space for everyone in your group! Other things to note We live in a nearby home if there is anything you need. We will not bother you, but happy to be of assistance. We have 4 extra single beds in the basement if you need them. The home is on a well which is treated. There is a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. We will provide bottled water if you prefer. The Master bedroom has a King size bed: 76 w x 80 l. The Guest upstairs has a full size bed: 54 w x 75 l and the downstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed: 60 w x 80 l. DOG RULES: ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES, MUST BE CRATED IF YOU LEAVE THEM IN THE HOME UNATTENDED, PLEASE KEEP THEM IN THE LOWER LEVEL WHERE YOU CAN TAKE THEM OUTSIDE VIA THE FLORIDA ROOM, YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER DOG - WE HAVE BAGGIES AND ANY OTHER SUPPLIES YOU MAY NEED TO BORROW, ALL DAMAGES ARE RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER 100% .
